Chiquita Tillman McAllister is the Fiscal Officer with the Cooperative Extension Program at North Carolina A&T State University. She has more than 20 years of experience in personnel and benefits, budget and accounting, training and administering programs relating to education, diversity, ethics and leadership, personal and organizational development.
She holds BS degree in Business Administration from the University of NC at Chapel Hill and a Masters in Human Development and Services from NC A&T State University. She has also received certifications in Training & Development, as an Administrator of the Human Patterns Psychometric Inventory, and the Crucial Conversations Tool.
Chiquita has received training in Ethics Training and Development from the Josephson Institute of Ethics, whose mission is to improve the ethical quality of society by changing personal and organizational decision-making and behavior. The Institute uses presentations, community trainings, workshops and publications to help focus the moral energy of people who want to do something to make our society more honest, fair, caring and accountable. She is also a certified Equal Employment Opportunity Trainer, which focuses on ways to help managers and supervisors understand federal and state employment discrimination laws and how they impact day-to-day operations. Chiquita’s most recent accomplishment has been to receive her certification from the Dale Carnegie Program and has been asked to serve as a graduate coach for upcoming training initiatives.
